Noise issues from nearby restaurant patrons can disrupt sleep!!! Room sizes are disappointingly small for the price!!! Clearer signage would help newcomers avoid frustration in locating the hotel!!!

The Standard King Room was comfy with excellent air con. The bed felt like a cloud and I slept great! Plus, the bathroom was clean and chic. However, I missed having more electrical outlets for charging my devices. The staff was super attentive, always checking in, which added a nice touch to the stay.

The location is superb, only a 5-minute walk from St Mark's Square and close to the Vaporetto station. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is full and delicious! ! (great pastries and coffee).

I appreciated the well-maintained facilities, especially the cleanliness throughout the entire property. The hotel’s location was a gem, offering a lovely garden view that added to the serene atmosphere during my mornings.

However, I found the lack of sufficient power outlets in the room to be a bit inconvenient.

The lift was a lifesaver with little ones, and we found the location perfect for exploring Venice. The staff went above and beyond, helping us book a private boat and guiding us on fun family activities. We even enjoyed a free tour to the Murano glass factory!

The staff were very nice. They really went out of their way to, providing maps, directions, and even helped us with luggage. I mean, that's not something you see every day! The room was connected and had two beautiful bathrooms with fantastic showers. The breakfast, though average, had a nice patio where we enjoyed the morning sun.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but given the experience, it was reasonable.
